We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and models that reflect and improve on existing urban landscapes. You should have a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams. A successful Architect will be able to balance aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that each project is executed to the client's vision efficiently and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints according to client specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, builders, and urban planners on construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations at all times.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including drawings and construction schedules.
• Review project proposals and ensure alignment with architectural plans and vision.
• Analyze site conditions and incorporate findings into design plans accordingly.
• Manage project budgets and cost estimates ensuring financial feasibility.
• Provide expert technical direction and supervision to project teams as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed and involved throughout.
• Evaluate completed projects to ensure they meet standards and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies where applicable.
• Present design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders for approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in architectural design or related area.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D modeling software.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in design tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
