Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to architectural specifications.
• Communicate with construction teams to resolve design-related issues rapidly.
• Prepare necessary documents for building permits and regulatory approvals.
• Present architectural designs and proposals to clients and stakeholders convincingly.
• Research and apply sustainable design practices in architectural projects.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective design solutions are in place.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovative materials and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related relevant field is mandatory.
• Licensed as a professional architect is strongly preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency with CAD, Revit, and other architectural design software is essential.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes is a must.
