Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience as a chef in an Arabic cuisine setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of traditional Arabic ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification in culinary arts is preferable.
