Arabic And Indian Cuisine Chef - CDP Level - VIP Family

We are currently seeking an experienced Arabic & Indian Cuisine Chef at CDP (Chef de Partie) level to join the private kitchen of a VIP Family in Abu Dhabi.

• Prepare and cook high-quality Arabic and Indian cuisine according to the familys preferences and standards.
• Handle daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations efficiently.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food quality.
• Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic and Indian dishes, including curries, grills, rice dishes, breads, and other specialties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
• Assist with menu planning and preparation based on the familys requirements.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP), Arabic Chef, Indian Chef, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of both Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Experience working in a private household, VIP family, luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar high-standard environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and able to attend a food trial.

• AED 5,000–6,000 per month, depending on experience
