Job Role & Responsibilities

Experience in application training, technical writing, or user support within IT or digital transformation environments. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow tools, and business applications. Proven ability to design and deliver training for diverse audiences with varying technical proficiency. Strong capability to produce clear, structured documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with strong attention to clarity and detail. Ability to simplify complex features and workflows into user-friendly guides and explanations. Comfortable conducting virtual training using collaboration tools. Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and identify knowledge gaps. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training and documentation tasks concurrently. Collaborative approach working with IT teams, business users, and project stakeholders. Willingness to continuously learn new applications and low-code/no-code capabilities.
