Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Application Engineer to join our team and support our sales and engineering activities related to Air Conditioning and VRF systems. This entry-level engineering role is ideal for candidates looking to develop their technical expertise, enhance their communication skills, and gain hands-on experience working on real-world HVAC applications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams, consultants, and factory partners to deliver optimized technical solutions, prepare engineering submissions, and support customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Study customer inquiries and consultant specifications to develop suitable engineering solutions for AC and VRF systems.
• Perform equipment selection, engineering calculations, costing, and pricing activities.
• Prepare technical submittals, computer selections, and compliance statements.
• Coordinate with sales teams, consultants, and factory representatives to optimize technical selections and project costing.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge assistance when required.
• Participate in technical training sessions to enhance product and application knowledge.
• Support daily sales engineering activities and contribute to successful project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in application engineering within the Air Conditioning / HVAC field.
• Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment selection software.
• Strong interest in developing technical and sales engineering capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, consultants, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Emirati nationality is Required.
  
  

Experience Level

• Entry-level engineering professional.
• Less than 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
