Application Architect

Summary:

The Application Architect plays a pivotal role in establishing a new Enterprise Architecture Office by assessing and rationalizing the application portfolio, implementing integration patterns, and designing target application landscapes to enhance overall architectural governance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the EA Operating Model
• Analyze and Document Architecture Layers
• Prepare Target-State Architectures & Roadmap
• EA Awareness & Knowledge Transfer
  
  

• Expertise in application portfolio assessment and rationalization
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, microservices, APIs
• Ability to design target application landscapes and reference architectures
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid application design
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management and modernization approaches
  
  

• Experience in EA governance frameworks
• Familiarity with EA tools and repositories
  
  

• Engagement Duration: 3.5 months
