Mubadala Advisory Solutions will train, employ and develop selected UAE national talent to support the investment activities of Mubadala Investment Company and potentially other companies in the future.

This exciting new initiative will be the exclusive provider of Mubadala’s CFA Training Programme.

The CFA training programme is a well-established development programme provided by Mubadala to equip UAEN Graduates with a world class financial accreditation. Then over a period of 2 years, develop (augment) their business skills and provide practical experience of working on investments within Mubadala and the group.

The training is lead by Dr Zouheir Jarkass who provides 6 months of dedicated training on the CFA as well as mentoring and coaching trainees on business skills.

What will you bring:

To succeed within this role, you will bring your passion and commitment and be willing to work hard and learn. To join the program, you will need the following:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably specialized in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Information Technology, Human Capital, Law, Compliance. Other disciplines may be considered based on the available roles. with a GPA (or equivalent) of 3.0 or higher

Note: all male applicants must have completed or be exempted from Military Service.

What we offer:

The opportunity is to be trained in the CFA programme, subject to successfully passing CFA level 1 and with a track record of excellent performance in the training programme, you may be offered a Full Time Employment contract with Mubadala Advisory Solutions.

Over the next 3-6 years you will gain direct work experience on live investment projects with Mubadala, you will be mentored by experienced investors and further enhance your technical investment skills and business skills with ongoing development and training. During the programme, there is a structured path of promotion and increased reward subject to performance.

Subject to passing the CFA and being offered Full Time Employment and subject to your performance and development needs you have access to the full suite of training available at the LAB (Mubadala’s dedicated training facility) this includes courses such as:

In addition you will be mentored and coached by Mubadala’s experienced investors.

Ulitmately, the pool of talent in this programme will be given the opportunity to apply for full time roles in Mubadala’s investment teams in the future.
