About the Job:

Assist in managing business excellence procedures to allocate resources effectively, enhance contributions, and identify opportunities for improvement across the Downstream Directorate. Responsibilities involve managing various processes such as business, corporate, data, and quality management; overseeing changes; conducting benchmarking; reporting on audit outcomes; organizing knowledge; and handling the management of digitalization landscape architecture.

Further support is provided for initiatives concerning innovation and enhancement, corporate quality, internal communications, and transformation management portfolios. This includes upholding the ADNOC Integrated Management System to comply with ISO standards and overseeing Audit & Management Action Plans.

Job Specific Accountabilities - Part 1:

  • Support managers in realizing departmental goals and upholding policies.
  • Suggest enhancements for business solutions and work practices.
  • Craft procedures for business excellence that align with customer satisfaction, change management, and information management.
  • Oversee the implementation of change management as well as internal controls.
  • Administer digital business engagements to promote IT integration and spearhead digital projects with various teams.
  • Outline quality and business excellence plans for the Department to match ADNOCs aims and future demands. Research business excellence to assess present and future needs.
  • Contribute to developing innovative service delivery methods and identify automation prospects.

Job Specific Accountabilities - Part 2:

  • Assist in governing Business Excellence and monitor metrics for optimization efforts.
  • Supervise essential business processes crucial for achieving business excellence.
  • Control activities and set quality benchmarks, incorporating global best practices into ADNOC’s standards. Guide senior executives on resource needs for transformation initiatives.
  • Propose strategies to develop skills across various functional areas.
  • Encourage the use of commercial and economic principles for performance evaluation within the Directorate. Coordinate with corporate communication for public launch events promoting ADNOC L&S branding.
  • Attend Business excellence meetings to discuss task and project updates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management Discipline or marine related discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in Logistics Operation and Production activities including field and office experience in Production, Operations, Integrity, and Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in Operations including various processes and mechanical systems in oil field installation.
  • Management skills of multi-cultural background, interpersonal, leadership, communication, planning, decision making, prioritization, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of HSE aspects and requirements as approved to international standards.

Professional Certifications

  • CPMP (Preferred)
