This role introduces designing algorithms for the physical layer. Graduate will assist in coding, testing and analysing algorithms while building a strong mathematical foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and summarise academic papers on algorithm optimisation, and present findings in team meetings.
• Assist in coding numerical algorithms in Matlab, C/C++ or Python; test and debug under supervision.
• Participate in performance evaluation and optimisation tasks; suggest small improvements.
• Support documentation and version control for algorithm designs.
• Attend cross‑functional meetings to understand how algorithms interact with system hardware and software.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Coursework in communications theory, probability and linear algebra.
• Coursework in programming, control systems or numerical methods.
• Experience with software development tools and version control (e.g., Git).
  
  

• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to learn from feedback and collaborate with peers and seniors.
• Interest in mathematical modelling and algorithm development.
