We are partnering with a leading innovation-focused organization in the UAE that is building next-generation digital and AI-powered products for enterprise and government clients.

The organization operates with an AI-native mindset, leveraging advanced design, engineering, and AI technologies to rapidly transform ideas into demonstrable products. They are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager who can bridge business, technology, and user needs while driving measurable outcomes.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong product judgment, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to define and deliver AI-enabled digital products from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Definition

• Own product definition from discovery through delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Define product vision, positioning, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Drive product decisions based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  
  

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Lead client-facing discussions, workshops, and product presentations.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to executive audiences.
  
  

Product Delivery

• Manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, prototypes, and product documentation.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery.
  
  

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage external vendors and technology partners.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Monitor execution quality and drive accountability across all parties.
  
  

AI Product Development

• Shape and define AI-native product experiences.
• Identify opportunities where AI, agents, automation, and language models create tangible business value.
• Evaluate AI capabilities and limitations when making product decisions.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product definition, prototyping, and validation.
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Use delivery insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  

Product Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise (B2B) and/or government-focused digital products.
• Experience taking products or major initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and Agile delivery.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

AI & Technology

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, RAG architectures, and modern product tooling.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and balance innovation with practical business outcomes.
  
  

Communication

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present confidently to executive and client audiences.
• Bilingual English and Chinese language capability.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

• Experience within smart cities, IoT, smart home, digital healthcare, or emerging technology sectors.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Technical experience working alongside AI or software engineering teams.
