Your day involves performing installation, commissioning, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on Siemens Energy equipment, supporting onshore and offshore Power Generation and Oil & Gas customer assets.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Perform installation, commissioning, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on Siemens Energy equipment for customer Power Generation and Oil & Gas assets.
- Prepare detailed technical reports outlining the work performed, recommended solutions for customer issues, and suggestions to enhance system reliability and availability.
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact, representing Siemens Energy to the customer.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, including vibration analysis software and equipment, to identify issues and provide engineering solutions to optimize machine performance.
- Conduct controls-related diagnostics and troubleshooting to address and rectify issues in AGT products.
- Uphold a strong safety culture by adhering to and promoting company and customer EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and programs.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in control systems and commissioning of rotating equipment, including centrifugal compressors and gas turbines.
- Proficient in using and troubleshooting various control platforms such as Allen Bradley, GE, Bentley Nevada, Siemens, Woodward, ADRE, Gem80, Detronics Fire and Gas systems, HMI, and electrical panel systems.
- Skilled in interpreting piping layouts, installation drawings, engineering diagrams, and control schematics.
- Strong knowledge of compressor and gas turbine engine packages, including their performance, operation, and diagnostics, with expertise in root cause and vibration analysis.
- Solid understanding of control systems, with hands-on experience using diagnostic software tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and cross-skilling in AGT mechanical operations is a valuable asset.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
