Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management including report preparation and correspondence.
  • Supervise and assist office staff in a wide range of administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, orders, and inventory to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and management members.
  • Implement and adhere to office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct staff training sessions on administrative systems and procedures when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
