Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Order office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock within budget limitations.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish professional relationships.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Address administrative inquiries from staff and provide prompt assistance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related office software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
