Job Description

The Leasing Administration Executive plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining the administrative functions related to property leasing processes. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to lease negotiations by providing timely and relevant administrative support.
  • Develop efficient lease administration procedures that improve document management efficiency.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure tenant requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lease activities and occupancy trends to management.
  • Monitor lease renewals and manage processes to maximize tenant retention rates.
  • Handle lease administration software and tools to streamline operations effectively.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for accurate billing and financial reporting for leased properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in lease administration or property management roles is required.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, terms, and typical leasing procedures.
  • Proficiency in lease management software and other IT tools is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
