We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin/Receptionist/Call Center Agent professional to support various departments in Abu Dhabi and ensure smooth administrative and front-office operations.

Job requirements

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, management, and team members
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and comprehension)
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and telephone systems
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and provide timely support
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, understand customer needs, and contribute to improving processes and strategies
  • Strong administrative skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
