The Admin Executive 04F25 position is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This role involves a variety of tasks, ranging from managing schedules and office supplies to coordinating internal communications and supporting departmental needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments for seamless operations.
  • Oversee office supply inventories and place orders as necessary to ensure stock.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems, such as record management processes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of company-wide events and meetings.
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying solutions.
  • Provide support to other departments or special projects, as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment for optimal productivity.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, catering services, and other related service providers.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company health and safety policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an admin executive or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with office technology.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
