We are seeking an organized and personable Admin cum Receptionist to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors while also providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and politely.
  • Maintain and manage both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings with accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other communication.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Assist with administrative projects and provide clerical support as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to maintain stock.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business operations effectively.
  • Manage visitor access, badges, and sign-in procedures for security.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and other materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; additional qualifications beneficial.
  • Professional appearance and attitude are crucial for this front-facing role.
