The CoHS offers BSc. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Laboratory Medicine, Molecular and Medical Genetics, Environmental Health and Safety, Public Health and Clinical Psychology and Mental Health. And master's in public health and in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health. There are opportunities for multidisciplinary inter-college collaborative research across ADU, and inter-institutional research collaborations in the Abu Dhabi area and U.A.E.

We are looking to recruit qualified and experienced academics in the field of Clinical psychology for the Bachelor and master's in clinical psychology and Mental Health program.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health Program, in one or more campuses (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai).
• Participate in course development and regular curriculum updates.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and consultation to students.
• Engage in program-related academic and professional development activities.
• Hold a valid clinical psychologist license and demonstrate hands-on clinical experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Actively contributes to bridging academic learning with real-world clinical practice to enhance student training and professional readiness.
  
  

Program Requirements

• PhD in Clinical Psychology from an internationally accredited university, preferably from top 200 universities as per the QS World University Rankings 2022.
• Expertise in clinical psychology and mental health, its clinical applications, clinical assessments, diagnosis, and interventions.
• Record of successful teaching at postgraduate or undergraduate level in the field of Clinical Psychology and Mental Health.
• Clinical Psychologist license with DOH/ DHA / HCPC UK / United States practice license or its eligibility to apply for licensure.
