Job Role:-Active Directory & Identity Security

Job Location:- Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience:- 5-7 Years

Responsible for managing Identity Lifecycle Management and Microsoft 365 operations, including Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint, Intune, Windows 365, SSO integrations, and security governance in an enterprise environment.

• Manage Identity Lifecycle (user creation, access, role changes, deactivation)
• Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AD/AAD)
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive)
• Handle Intune device management and endpoint security policies
• Administer Windows 365 Cloud PC environments
• Implement and manage SSO and identity integrations
• Ensure M365 security, compliance, and access governance
• Support on-prem and cloud identity integration
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Monitor service performance, security, and operational health

• Microsoft 365 administration (Expert level)
• Active Directory & Azure AD (Identity & Access Management)
• Intune, Windows 365, SharePoint administration
• Identity Security & SSO (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
• Knowledge of on-prem infrastructure integration
• Reporting and documentation (MS Office tools)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Systems thinking and process understanding

• 5-7 years of IT experience (including 5+ years in senior/lead roles preferred)
• Strong experience in Identity Management and M365 ecosystem
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AZ-103 / AZ-300 or equivalent)
• Ability to manage security, compliance, and enterprise identity systems
• Strong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
