Accounts Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and managing client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance when needed
• Handle client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning
• Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and other regulatory filings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounting firms
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo or similar ERP systems)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
