Accounts Administrator

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform data entry and reconcile financial statements
• Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Driving license. 
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE accounting practices
• Knowledge of VAT regulations
