Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting staff; manage workloads, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and delivered on time.
• Reconciliation & Audits: Review bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and coordinate internal/external audit requirements.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current accounting workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls..
• Collaboration: Partner with senior management and other departments to provide clear financial insights and budget tracking.
