We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all accounting transactions are completed accurately, effectively, and efficiently.
• Review financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation in line with management requirements and audit standards.
• Regularly review accounting books, ledgers, statements, and financial systems to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and provide timely accounting and financial reports as required by management.
• Recommend best practices and support the development and implementation of effective accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profitability.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities in line with best practices to support a healthy cash flow cycle.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve long-outstanding items.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial records and documentation.
• Ensure accounting activities comply with established policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity in all accounting activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Requirements:
• Education: University Degree in Accounting.
• Certification: CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines. Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent software.
