We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with an ACCA qualification to join our dynamic financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, safeguarding our assets, and providing insightful financial analysis that will facilitate strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly.
• Reconcile accounts on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting cash flow, budgets, and other financial planning operations.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and prepare audit documents.
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Collaborate with management to ensure financial practices align with business goals.
• Implement financial policies to enhance financial management and controls.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies for increasing profitability.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• ACCA qualification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and proactiveness.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
