Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial record-keeping systems and operational processes.
• Oversee audits to ensure adherence to financial and accounting regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain cash flow balance.
• Prepare budget forecasts and provide financial guidance for business planning.
• Assist in the management of tax compliance and preparation of tax documents.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management for decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field is required.
• Certified as ACCA, CPA, or CA with proven professional experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software and experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
