Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with key clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering exceptional service, and driving business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Account Growth & Sales Support:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies.
    • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services.
    • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients regularly.
    • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded in all deliverables.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track account performance, revenue, and key metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management on account growth and client retention strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align client needs with company offerings.
    • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and client business developments.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
