Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling presales and post-sales queries. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent communication skills, a knack for solving customer problems, and a talent for building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be expected to liaise with cross-functional internal teams and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Your passion for client satisfaction, proactive nature, and strategic knowledge of business will enable you to effectively grow and sustain long-term business relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and leverage initiatives to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand the sales strategies and translate them effectively to customers.
  • Effectively manage contract negotiation and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Prepare reports on account status and clearly articulate progress to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update clients on new products and services to foster long-term relationships.
  • Ensure client issues are resolved while adhering to the company’s protocols and standards.
  • Track key account metrics and optimize efficiency in account management.
  • Create solutions tailored to customer requirements and advise on best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding designated sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills paired with a strategic mindset.
  • Solid experience in preparing and reviewing detailed sales proposals and contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
