The role of an Account Manager in the logistics sector is pivotal for maintaining and enhancing the relationships between customers and the logistics teams.   • Prepare reports and present them to management and clients as required.
  • Address and resolve client complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide clients with information regarding service enhancements and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs and shipping regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and building customer relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with logistics management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of customs, shipping laws, and regulations is an advantage.
