We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, managing logistics solutions, and ensuring smooth operations across all our services. As an Account Manager in the logistics sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of various transport and logistics services. You will ensure that client needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for providing innovative solutions in the logistics industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the logistics sector.
  • Coordinate and oversee all logistics solutions to ensure client satisfaction is consistently achieved.
  • Manage the full account cycle from proposal development to execution and closure.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client logistic operations through innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline logistics processes and reduce delivery times.
  • Analyze client requirements and ensure that logistics services align with their operational needs.
  • Monitor the performance of logistics solutions and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their logistics operations.
  • Resolve any challenges or issues faced by clients in the logistics process promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to expand logistics services offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with all logistics regulations and industry standards in all operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the logistics or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and logistics projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
