Job Description

The Account Manager is a pivotal role within an organization, responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. They serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clientele, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients.
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and various departments to deliver solutions.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports regarding the status of existing accounts and transactions.
  • Meet annual sales targets by developing a strategic sales plan.
  • Continuously identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Educate clients on the company’s services and potential to enhance their needs.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Gather, analyze and report on customer feedback and insights to drive improvements.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and client feedback.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing client accounts.
