Job Description

As an Account Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting Account Managers in executing strategic plans. This role demands someone who is attentive to detail, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proactive approach to solving problems. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support Account Managers in developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell company products and services.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Analytically review client data to enhance service offerings and client experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on client strategies and objectives.
  • Continuously learn about new products and services to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all account activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Client-focused mindset with a knack for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related role.
