Program Overview

The Accenture Manar Program for UAE Nationals is designed to support Emirati university students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or Legal, by providing early professional exposure in a flexible, part‑time format while they continue their academic studies.

This program enables participants to gain practical workplace experience, build foundational professional skills, and develop an understanding of Accenture’s business and corporate functions. The program requires a commitment of 5–8 hours per week and is structured to complement university schedules.

Role Responsibilities

Participants will support teams within corporate and enabling functions, aligned to their field of study. Responsibilities may include:

Supporting day‑to‑day activities within HR, Marketing, Finance, or Legal teams.

Assisting with research, documentation, presentations, and basic reporting.

Supporting data collection, analysis, or process documentation relevant to the function.

Participating in meetings, learning sessions, and internal knowledge‑sharing activities.

Collaborating with Accenture professionals to gain exposure to business operations and professional practices.

Applying academic knowledge to practical, real‑world business scenarios.

Eligibility Criteria

Required

UAE National (Emirati).

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a major in:

Human Resources

Marketing

Finance

Legal

Ability to commit 5–8 hours per week alongside academic studies.

Strong interest in corporate functions and professional services.

Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Preferred

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Basic familiarity with standard office and collaboration tools.

Good organizational and time‑management skills.
