Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems to restore functionality.
• Follow applicable regulations and safety standards during installation and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and needs promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the HVAC industry.
• Document all services performed and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational goals and targets.
• Advise customers on best practices for maintaining their air conditioning systems.
• Manage inventory and order parts and supplies needed for maintenance activities.
• Participate in training and professional development to improve technical skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role in the HVAC field.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and construction methods is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for efficient service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in various locations and adapt to diverse working conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
• Certification from a technical school or completion of an HVAC apprenticeship program.
