WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS

Role summary

Runs the warehouse. Gear leaves in the right state, comes back in the right state, and is ready for the next job. The make-or-break role for operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

•        Run daily prep and returns operations.

•        Maintain the rental management system as the system of record for inventory.

•        QC every item out and every item back; flag damage and route to repair.

•        Manage sub-rentals when in-house stock is insufficient.

•        Coordinate with PMs and HODs on prep priorities and timing.

•        Own warehouse H&S, fire safety, and security.

•        Manage the repair / workshop queue and parts inventory.

•        Coordinate transportation with Logistics Coordinator.

Qualifications & experience

•        5+ years in AVL warehouse / rental operations, ideally including 2+ supervisory.

•        Expert on a major rental management platform (Current RMS, Rentman, Flex, HireHop).

•        Highly organised; lives by the system, not by memory.

•        Forklift / counterbalance certified (UAE-recognised).

•        Familiar with UAE customs / ATA Carnet processes for international jobs.

•        Gear ready-on-time rate (% jobs prepped to schedule)

•        Returns processed within 48h

•        Damage / loss rate

•        Inventory accuracy (system vs physical audit)
