About The Role

As a Warehouse Manager at EDGE, you will lead warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to optimize warehouse performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient material flow.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
• Drive process improvements and optimize warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• CPIM, CIPS, CPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, defense, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and inventory optimization.
