Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Executive to support supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and materials management operations within the hospitality industry in Abu Dhabi.

The Supply Chain Executive will coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure the timely availability and efficient movement of food, beverages, equipment, operating supplies, and other hospitality materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, purchasing, supplier coordination, order management, logistics, and procurement operations.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience as a Supply Chain Executive, Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Executive, Purchasing Executive, Materials Coordinator, Logistics Executive, or Supply Chain Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations for hospitality and related business activities.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier deliveries, stock availability, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely ordering of required products and supplies.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages, excess stock, and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate the supply of food and beverage items, hospitality supplies, cleaning materials, kitchen supplies, equipment, and operating consumables.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, stock movement, and inventory control.
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and investigation of stock discrepancies.
• Monitor FIFO and FEFO inventory practices where applicable, particularly for food and perishable hospitality products.
• Support smooth coordination between procurement, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, finance, kitchen, food and beverage, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Executive, Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Executive, Purchasing Executive, Logistics Executive, Materials Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, food and beverage, catering, or service industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Understanding of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, goods received notes, and inventory documentation.
• Knowledge of UAE business, procurement, logistics, and supplier coordination practices is an advantage.
