تهدف إلى دعم تنفيذ وتطوير ومراقبة أطر وسياسات الأداء المؤسسي في جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك لضمان تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية بكفاءة وفعالية. يشمل الدور تحديد وقياس اداء العمليات والمشاريع الاستراتيجية تحليل الفجوات، إعداد التقارير الداعمة لصنع القرار، وإدارة أنظمة الأداء والاستراتيجية، بما يسهم في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي وتعزيز جودة العمليات وتنفيذ المشاريع الاستراتيجية وتحقيق رؤية الجامعة المستقبلية.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualification

Business Analytics, Systems, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering

Expected Skills

Must have 3 years of relevant experience including institutional performance and/or projects management
