To provide high-quality massage therapies and body treatments in accordance with the resort’s standards and procedures, ensuring guest satisfaction, comfort, and a relaxing spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service in a professional manner.
  • Perform massage therapies and body treatments according to established standards and training guidelines.
  • Explain spa treatments, their benefits, and available services to guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of spa equipment and treatment areas.
  • Update the therapist logbook and complete assigned administrative tasks within deadlines.
  • Participate in spa demonstrations, promotional events, and training programs as required.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, environmental health, and occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Report any equipment issues, workplace hazards, incidents, or injuries to the supervisor promptly.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or management team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; spa therapy certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa therapies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Ability to assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Knowledge of spa products, wellness therapies, and treatment contraindications.
  • Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
