Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud and on-premise systems, with a strong focus on Azure environments, DevOps automation, and VVIP client support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot DevOps tools and pipelines.

2. Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

3. Implement and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code.

4. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standard operational procedures.

5. Handle network configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

6. Provide VVIP support, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system reliability and performance improvements.

8. Document systems, processes, and incidents for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
