Senior Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts and commercial agreements.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including variations, claims, and close-out.
• Advise senior leadership on contractual risks, obligations, and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage interfaces between legal, procurement, commercial, and offshore operations teams.
• Mentor and supervise junior contract and procurement staff.
  
  

• Minimum 20 years of experience in contract management within the oil and gas industry.
• Extensive offshore project experience, including EPC, drilling, or marine operations.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, international procurement standards, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET) preferred or required depending on site needs.
