We are looking for a skilled and proactive Security Systems Engineer to support and manage CCTV, Access Control, and Radio Systems across multiple entities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations within the HSSE Department, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and system performance.

Role Overview

• Assist in managing CCTV, Access Control, and Radio systems across all entities
• Oversee installation, maintenance, upgrades, and compliance with security standards
• Provide technical support and ensure 24/7 system availability
• Analyze equipment failures and ensure best practices by third-party contractors
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor and service provider management
• Supervision of CCTV, Access Control, and Radio systems across facilities and parks
• Preventive and reactive maintenance management (PM, SOPs, CMMS)
• Monitoring KPIs, response times, inventory, and system performance
• Ensure compliance with ADMCC regulations
• Review shop drawings, oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate with project teams and other maintenance departments
• Conduct site surveys, prepare BOQs/BOMs, and support technical documentation
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Engineering Degree or Diploma (IT / Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation)
• 4+ years of UAE/GCC experience in Security Systems & Structured Cabling
• 4–6 years in maintenance sites
• 3–5 years as Engineer/Supervisor for security system installations
• Strong experience in CCTV & Access Control testing and commissioning
  
  

Desirable:

• Certification in CCTV / ACS / ELV systems
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning
  
  

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control & IP-based systems
• Proficient in Video Management Servers & Access Control software
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments
