Risk policy manager – new customer

Responsible for the risk policies of new customer, including admittance, approval, credit limits, and support the front-end to improve acquisition quality.

1. Formulate new customer admission and approval policies. Identify risk factors and extract risk variables for new customer admission and approval, and continuously optimize the new customer approval policy. Participate in the design of the new customer application process to improve the quality of the application customers and the quality of information.

2. New customer credit limit policy. Develop differentiated credit limit policies based on customer risk and continuously optimize them. Explore customer credit enhancement measures and optimize customer interaction procedures to improve "take" rate in the premise of risk.

3. Assist in customer acquisition. Obtain specific information from the channels to supplement customer risk information, and provide quantitative feedback to growth team to ensure a stable acquisition quality.

Risk policy manager – renewal customer

Responsible for the approval process, credit limit management, and marketing support of existing customers:

1. Optimize the loan approval policy for repeat borrowers by identifying key risk characteristics and establishing robust risk rules.

2. While maintaining effective risk control, enhance the approval rate, especially for low-risk customers.

3. Develop a comprehensive credit limit framework for existing customers, with periodic adjustments based on risk performance, customer activity levels, and other relevant factors.

4. Strengthen marketing support by improving response rates among high-quality customers, increasing their retention, and extending customer lifecycle value, thereby contributing to enhanced profitability.
