About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will drive a smooth and efficient operation within the retail department, directly contributing to an exceptional guest experience. You will actively engage with guests, selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products, while utilizing a computerized cash register for transactions. Ensuring the store is well-stocked and impeccably clean, you will assist guests with queries, applying product knowledge and a variety of selling skills to meet their needs and enhance their overall shopping experience.

What Youll Do

Customer Engagement

• Greet and welcome guests warmly
• Initiate proactive communication with guests
• Assist and advise guests on product selection

Sales Operations

• Efficiently operate a computerized cash register
• Process transactions in multiple currencies and payment methods
• Maintain and arrange product displays to brand standards
• Participate in promotions and meet sales targets
  
  

Inventory Management

• Assist in taking inventory
• Restock shelves and manage product displays
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the store environment
