Key Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries and recommend suitable property options to clients
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and successfully close leasing deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions in the CRM
• Coordinate effectively with landlords, tenants, and internal teams

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven real estate leasing experience in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, proactive, and client-oriented attitude
