Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assembly teams to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production.
• Monitor end-to-end assembly activities and ensure production schedules are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and oversee quality control inspections.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, QA, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.
• Prepare production and performance reports, and implement corrective action plans when required.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field;within the aerospace or UAV industry.
• Extensive experience in assembly and integration of mechanical and electronic components. Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
  
  

• In-depth knowledge of assembly processes, avionics integration, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
