We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively position our products in the market. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and creating compelling messaging to drive product adoption, sales, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, analytical skills, and creativity to support the product’s success throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points to guide marketing campaigns and product development.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
Develop product messaging, value propositions, and positioning tailored to target audiences.
Create marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, presentations, and product content.
Ensure messaging is consistent across all marketing channels and campaigns.
Campaign Development & Execution:
Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and digital marketing to ensure successful campaign execution.
Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Sales Support & Enablement:
Provide the sales team with tools, presentations, and insights to support product promotion and closing deals.
Conduct product training sessions and create product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and campaign KPIs.
Prepare reports with actionable insights to guide product marketing strategies.
Continuously optimize marketing approaches based on data and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or related roles.
Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
