Eurostar Rent A Car is looking for a proactive and organised  Operations Coordinator- Leasing to support our vehicle leasing operations, coordinate with corporate clients, and ensure smooth fleet allocation and contract administration.

• Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations, including vehicle allocation, delivery and collection.
• Prepare and maintain leasing contracts, quotations, customer records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding vehicle requirements, lease renewals, extensions and replacements.
• Liaise with the operations, workshop, fleet and sales teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery.
• Monitor lease contract expiry dates, vehicle utilisation, mileage limits and renewal schedules.
• Follow up on vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance and other documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic operational reports.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and agreed service standards.

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing coordination, fleet operations or the car rental industry.
• Good understanding of vehicle leasing processes and contract administration.
• Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively with different departments.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
