The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Director will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering clinical excellence, driving operational performance, and embedding lifestyle medicine into everyday care delivery.
You will act as a key ambassador within the Abu Dhabi healthcare ecosystem while leading a multidisciplinary clinical team committed to patient-centred, preventative care.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
• Integrate lifestyle and preventive medicine into standard clinical pathways
• Implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, regulators, and community stakeholders
• Act as a key liaison with Abu Dhabi health authorities
• Represent the organisation at industry forums, events, and conferences

Medical Leadership & Team Development

• Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of high-performing medical teams
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development

Quality, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and patient safety standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance frameworks
• Maintain excellence in patient care outcomes and service delivery

Patient Experience & Community Impact

• Champion personalised, preventative care models
• Enhance patient engagement, education, and satisfaction
• Tailor services to meet the needs of a diverse and multicultural population

About You

You are a clinically credible and strategically minded medical leader with a passion for preventive, lifestyle, and longevity medicine.
Essential:

• MBBS / MD with specialist training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certification (or international equivalent)
• 10-15+ years clinical experience, including 5+ years in lifestyle/preventive care
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and healthcare regulations

Highly Regarded:

• Certification in Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM / ABLM)
• Subspecialty training in Geriatrics, Endocrinology, or Cardiology
• Experience in digital health, precision medicine, or innovative care models
