Landscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising landscape maintenance and installation projects, managing site teams, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance and landscaping activities.
• Lead and manage landscape workers on-site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Inspect sites regularly to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and transportation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and site updates.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5–15 years of experience as a Landscape Foreman in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and planting works.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read landscape drawings and execute site requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
